Programs this week at the Yarmouth Town Libraries

We Love our Library Users!

Bring your overdue items to the Yarmouth Town Libraries, along with a donation to the Yarmouth Food Pantry, from now until February 28, and we will forgive your fines. This applies to overdue fines only, and does not cover lost materials.

The Pantry is always in need of paper products, laundry and dish washing soap, cleaning supplies and food storage wraps or baggies. We will accept donations at the South Yarmouth or West Yarmouth Library locations during the month of February.

Sock Drive for Yarmouth Reads

As part of our Yarmouth Reads 2018 we are coordinating a sock drive. Bring in a new pair of socks – any size – to either the South Yarmouth or West Yarmouth Library and a volunteer will distribute them as needed from February through April this year. A great community project!

Year of the Dog Photo Display

Chinese New Year begins February 16. This is the Year of the Dog in the Chinese zodiac. The Library has put up a pet photo display. Bring in a photo of your favorite pet to the South Yarmouth Library, to add to a special exhibit in the Children’s Room.
Guidelines for the Yarmouth Libraries Year of the Dog Photo Display
We welcome photos of ALL furry friends to celebrate the happiness they bring into our lives. Photos will be displayed through March 15 in the Children’s Room at South Yarmouth Library and will be returned to the owner.
Please Note: Photos should be at least 4x6 inches, but not larger than 8x10 inches. Limit photos to pets only. Fill out an "All About My Pet" form, available in the Children’s Room. Encourage your friends and neighbors to participate.
