We are happy to welcome back Mary Wilson, Program Coordinator and Early Education Specialist, who will facilitate two playgroups on Friday mornings for the month of January!

 Terrific Toddlers 10:00-11:00
  Appropriate for new walkers and children up to 2 years.

 Baby & Me: Lap Babies Group 11:00-12:00
  Appropriate for pre-walking babies.

Yarmouth's own Duncan Oliver will speak at the Yarmouth Port Library this Saturday, January 11, at 1:00 p.m. about pilgrim life 400 years ago. The program is co-sponsored by the Yarmouth Port Library and the Historical Society of Old Yarmouth. It is free and open to all.

guidelines are:

  they are available through the CLAMS
  • Be prepared to tell us in 2-3 minutes what
  you especially enjoyed about the book.

Job Opportunities

The U.S. Census Bureau currently has job openings in preparation for the 2020 Census. Work is temporary —
from 6 weeks to 9 months. To apply for a position, log on to www.2020census.gov/jobs. Once there, complete a
profile providing the Census with your email address. (An email address is required.) A link is sent to your email for you to complete a short application and assessment. Jobs require 2 days of training in a classroom plus 3 days at home, it is mandatory and paid. Applicants must be 18 and over, have a valid Social Security Number, and be a U.S.citizen.
