Marine-Based
The Town of Yarmouth has eight marine-based boat ramps. Five ramps are considered improved ramps (paved or concrete pads):
- Bass River Beach
- Wilber Park
- Follins' Pond Road on Bass River
- Englewood Beach
- Bayview Beach on Lewis Bay (under repair)
All of the other ramps are considered unimproved (stone, gravel, shell, or sand).
Boat ramps are free to launch and parking is available in lots or on the street on a first come, first served basis. The exception is Bass River Beach, which has a parking fee paid to the gate attendant.
Freshwater-Based
No gas-powered engines are allowed on any of the freshwater ponds.
The Town of Yarmouth has two fresh water boat ramps. Both of the boat ramps are improved ramps (paved or concrete pads). They are located at the end of Davis Road on Long Pond and off Summer Street on Dennis Pond.
Boat ramps are free to launch and parking is available in lots or on the street on a first come, first served basis.
