Description:
The Town of Yarmouth (the “Town”), acting through the Assistant Town Administrator (the “Official”), requests proposals from highly qualified, experienced, and independent operational consultants to (1) conduct a comprehensive review of the Yarmouth Fire Department (YFD) (2) assess the effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of YFD in these areas, and (3) make actionable recommendations to improve YFD operations and practices. The selected vendor will work closely with the Town to develop a strategy and methodology for improving YFD operations.

The Town may cancel the RFP, or may reject any or all proposals, if the Town determines that cancellation or rejection serves the best interests of the Town.
