Summer Musical Discoveries

Tuesday, August 20, 10:30 a.m.

A musical experience for the whole family! Appropriate for infants to 5-year-old children and their caregivers. Singing, small and large motor movement, instruments and fun. Classes are FREE and will be held in the Leonard Room. Our thanks to the South Yarmouth Library Association for their continued support of this popular family program.

Lego^® Club

Outdoor Story Time

On the lawn weather permitting or in the Leonard Room if it rains. For all ages, through August 29. Stories, games, hoola hoops, bubbles and more! Children under 8 need to bring an adult.

Book Discussion Group

South Yarmouth Library
Join us to discuss this charming classic, first published in 1970, reflecting twenty years of correspondence between Helene Hanff, a freelance writer living in New York City, and a used-book dealer, Frank Doel, in London. Though never meeting and separated both geographically and culturally, they share a winsome, sentimental friendship based on their common love for books. A book lover’s delightful read. Copies of the book are at the South Yarmouth Library for borrowing. Future meeting dates: September 24, October 22, and November 19.
