Do you or someone you know need the services of CORD of Cape Cod? Come hear more about CORD’s Independent Living and Deaf and Hard of Hearing programs that aim to empower. Services include:

• Information and referral about disability-related issues, resources, and benefits Independent living skills training
• Peer support: assistance with problem-solving and goal-setting
• Advocacy: to assist and better equip people to confront barriers, such as discrimination, lack of access, and unresponsive service systems

Join us for fun and games on the West Yarmouth Library lawn to celebrate "Building a Better World."
