What's New in the Assessor's Office?
updated March 21, 2017 The next Board of Assessors meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 3, 2017. The due date for payment of the 2nd half of the 2017 real estate and personal property tax bills is Monday, May 1, 2017. These notices were issued in late February. If you are interested in applying for a statutory exemption on your real estate tax bill, you must have your completed application and any supporting documents turned in to the Assessors' office no later than Monday, April 3, 2017. Residents who live in maps 42, 48, 50, 51 and 52 in Zone C should expect a cyclical inspection visit before the end of April of 2017. Please check the Cyclical Inspections page for details!
