Proposed Zoning Amendments for 2019 Annual Town Meeting (ATM)
The Planning Board has developed five proposed Zoning Amendments for the 2019 Annual Town Meeting. A Summary of the proposed amendments, along with draft Articles can be viewed at the links below. Also included are redline edits to Bylaw Section 407 – Accessory Apartments to better understand the proposed amendments for Zoning Article 1 – Accessory Dwelling Units.
The Planning Board will be holding a formal Public Hearing for the zoning amendments on Wednesday February 20, 2019 at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be held in the Hearing Room of Yarmouth Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on these proposals to amend the Zoning Bylaw should appear at the time and place designated.
