Classes are one hour in length. Joseph Guardino is certified by The National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer with specialization in Senior Fitness, Corrective Exercise Science and Fitness Nutrition. Continue your goals toward optimum health by joining this wonderful group! Stop by to meet the instructor and attendees to evaluate how your fitness needs can be achieved. Drop-ins are welcome. Fee: 3 sessions per week, $40.00 per month; two sessions per week, $28.00 per month. NOTE: Required Senior Exercise Waiver with Release Form prior to admission in attending any Fitness Class. Remember to bring water to stay hydrated, wear comfortable exercise clothing and quality footwear.

Students learn about breathing, balance, centers of gravity, and motion through a series of coordinated stances. Class meets on Tuesday at 1:00 PM. Fee is $35.00 per month.
Yoga is good medicine . . . A yoga class with Paul Howard: strengthens the body, reduces muscular tension and calms the mind. Paul’s teaching style adapts well to all experience levels. Classes offered Monday@ 9:15 AM, Intermediate class on Tuesday @ 10:45 AM, and Friday @10:30 AM. An active older adult would feel comfortable in each yoga class. Anyone welcome to attend class to get an idea of what is involved. Class fee is $8.00 per class.
is a series of dance routines specifically designed to take exciting Latin and International dance
rhythms created in the original ZUMBA and bring them to the active older adult, the beginner participant, and the other special populations that may need modification for success. ZUMBA magically motivates the body to efficiently burn calories, efficiently tones all muscle groups, incorporates full range of motion, and improves the cardiovascular system. Instructed by licensed ZUMBA Instructor, Peg Taylor. Classes held every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM-9:00 AM and Monday and Thursday at 6:00 PM, and the first class is free! Pre-payment and Pre-registration is required. Class fee is $40.00 per month.
REIKI Healing Sessions
One of the greatest Reiki healing health benefits is stress reduction and relaxation, which triggers the body’s natural healing abilities (immune system), aids in better sleep and improves and maintains health. Reiki helps bring about inner peace and harmony and reduces blood pressure. Reiki removes energy blockages and adjusts the energy flow of the endocrine system bringing the body into balance and harmony while assisting the body in cleaning itself from toxins, increases vitality and postpones the aging process while raising the vibrational frequency of the body and helping in spiritual growth and emotional clearing. (These are just some of the great reasons to come make a reiki appointment during this season). On Mondays and Fridays from 1:30 to 4:00 PM. Reiki Master Jodi McCarthy of Freedom Feather Wellness will be offering her services at a reduced rate just for you.
Jodi is offering half-hour sessions for $35 and hour sessions for $65. Come experience love, compassion, and kindness for

Life/coach, Yoga teacher and Reiki Master, for a wonderful workshop where you can learn all about your chakras; the 7 main-energy systems that reside in the center of your body (up and down your spine.)
Learn about Reiki and how hands-on healing can help you mentally, emotionally and physically; we are all energy and we are all connected, so let’s learn how we can all help each other on this journey called life in a positive way. Also, come learn about
meditation and the benefits while you experience a guided meditation. Each person will leave with clear quartz crystal, a very special stone, a healing stone with high vibration that aids in keeping negative energy away as well as helping to aid you in
whatever you are looking to manifest.
This will be a five-week series every Wednesday in March!
The first workshop is an introduction to Reiki, your chakras and meditation. Each week will evolve and become more in-depth on the benefits of all three subjects and how they all go hand in hand, bringing the body into balance in all areas of your life. Each
person will leave with a clear crystal quartz that is great in helping one to heal as well as protect and to manifest our dreams. Jay’s Ultimate Fruit will provide healthy snacks for all to have. All are welcome to join in this special series of workshops. Each workshop is two hours, including refreshments and a beautiful crystal to go home with, all for $35.00 per workshop. Chakra Chair Yoga with Jodi
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:15 AM
Join us in welcoming Jodi McCarthy of Freedom Feather Wellness who is a Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, and Life/Health Coach. Jodi is offering “Chakra Chair Yoga” where you will experience mindfulness, awareness of breath and how the breath opens the seven main chakras that reside in the body, helping to align the body from within, while building strength, balance, and flexibility through simple stretching, while sitting in a chair.
Fee: $10.00 per person, per class or if you attend an entire month of classes, you will receive a bonus of last class “FREE.”
